My Day-Of coordination is perfect if you have all your vendors booked and details planned, but just need someone to execute the timeline and handle the setup/teardown on the actual wedding day. My Month-Of package is a little more hands-on—I step in about 4 weeks before your wedding to take over vendor communication, finalize your timelines and floorplans, and make sure absolutely nothing falls through the cracks in those final, stressful weeks!

While I am huge on organization and keeping your day running smoothly, I also love bringing a beautiful vision to life. If you book my Partial Planning or Full-Service packages, wedding design assistance is included! We will work together on budgeting, styling, colors, and choosing the perfect decor to make sure your day looks exactly how you’ve always dreamed.

For Full-Service and Partial Planning, couples typically book me 9 to 18 months in advance so we have plenty of time to secure the best vendors. If you are looking for Month-Of or Day-Of coordination, 3 to 6 months is usually a safe sweet spot. However, if you are planning on a shorter timeline, definitely still reach out—if I have your date open, I'd love to be there!
I want you to actually enjoy the final countdown to your wedding without stressing over confirmation emails. Depending on the package you choose, I either step in to take over all vendor communication a month before the wedding (Day Of & Month-Of), or I handle all the sourcing, negotiating, and communication right from the start (Partial &Â Full-Service).
